Castings Greenbank Patterns produce castings primarily for the engineering industry from ferrous and non ferrous metals, supplying castings for various companies. Pattern Making Industrial pattern making is an exacting and highly craft intensive process. Our highly skilled pattern makers have years of experience and we can deliver patterns for casting of the highest quality. Our industrial patterns are constructed using top quality woods such as birch plywood, yellow pine, mahogany and polyurethane, resin/paste laminates. Working in conjunction with foundries, Greenbank Patterns provide customers with high quality, cost-effective solutions.
Model Making and Prototypes Greenbank Patterns also has comprehensive experience in the precision manufacture of wooden pre-production models for proving product function and fit. Models/Tools can be manufactured from wood, resin, model board or aluminium depending on the type of moulding method to be used and the tool life required. Aluminium tools can be temperature controlled for critical parts.
Concrete Moulds Built from softwood and internally lined with high quality birch plywood, our moulds stand up to the pressures that will be exerted upon them.
